PAYMENTS

—We accept Paypal and all major credit cards. 

SHIPPING

—We ship all orders within 2-5 days (Monday – Friday) with the exception of sale and peak periods where this may take longer. After placing your order, you will receive a tracking number via email. 

If the package is damaged when it arrives, please contact us within 24 hours and we will contact the shipping company. Please note that we cannot guarantee arrival dates and are not responsible for any delays.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

—For all orders shipped outside the US, be aware that our prices do not account for VATs or other customs duties that may be added by your country upon receipt, so please educate yourself about potential costs and delivery delays before placing your order. Unfortunately Joowaa cannot be held responsible for any additional costs or delivery delays your package may incur due to international export from the US.

RETURN POLICY

—Items may be returned in perfect condition up to 14 days after their initial receipt for a full refund, less initial shipping costs. Contact us at hello@joowaa.com to initiate the returns process. Buyer must pay return shipping fees.
